Jim has delivered hundreds of leading innovative commercial, financial and government solutions for companies such as Fidelity, H&M, Nokia, eDreams, Countrywide Financial, Barclays Bank, Prudential, Landsafe subsidiaries in all aspects of loan origination, credit, appraisals, title, flood insurance, underwriting, and digital transformation of loan document processing. Jim was also CTO of all of Orange County, CA overseeing over 30 County agencies, responsible for digital transformation of many critical government processes, such as Assessor, Auditor Controller, Board of Supervisors, Child Support Services, Clerk Recorder, District Attorney, Health Care Agency, John Wayne Airport, Waste and Recycling, Probation, Public Defender, Public Works, Registrar of Voters, Sheriff, Tax Collector, and more. Jim also implemented the successful Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and solution for fiserv enabling the integration of more than a dozen banking core financial solutions using leading Business Process Management (BPM) technology. As Senior Director, Jim lead Software Engineering for Payments and Credit division at PayPal doubling revenue to $500M per year by delivering innovative superior customer experiences for payments and credit.
